Leny at the front desk was just the sweetest gal, so helpful and friendly! The room was alright for my quick solo stay, but those steep stairs with no elevator really got me huffin’. The breakfast? Kinda plain, nothin' special. Ope, gotta say, the air conditioning worked like a charm though!

I encountered a significant issue at check-in regarding the credit card requirement. It was alarming to learn that I needed a credit card to finalize my stay despite having prepaid. Additionally, the housekeeper's attitude when I asked for extra supplies was unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room offered a comfortable stay with a decent layout, while the breakfast was enjoyable, featuring fresh options like yogurt and juices. However, the cleanliness fell short, with litter found in multiple places, and the amenities needed maintenance, such as a malfunctioning lamp and inadequate toilet paper supply for the number of guests. The service staff was friendly, which provided some relief during our stay.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Neddy at the front desk. The room was comfortable with cozy beds, and I appreciated the option of parking right outside my room, making it easy to access my belongings during my stay.

Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Super 8 was a decent choice for a quick trip. The room was equipped with a fridge and microwave, which made storing snacks and heating up leftovers easy. The breakfast offered a good assortment, including boiled eggs, waffles, and cereal, making mornings a bit brighter.

Stairs are steep.

The location was perfect for our family, just a stroll away from the gorgeous Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden where we had a lovely time. We also appreciated the spaciousness for our two dogs, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My kids wished for a better breakfast variety.

the room had a worn mattress which made it hard to sleep. but the gentleman at check-in was super attentive, and the call from the front desk checking in was nice. the location was convenient, and the bathroom was updated and well-stocked.

I had a quiet weekend and super 8 exceeded my expectations. The staff was super helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I loved that it was close to everything i wanted to see during my stay in the city.

It was just a great match for a quick trip in Lethbridge with high value for money. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with fresh towels, making for a pleasant stay. Make sure to check for any road closures that might affect your arrival.
